The park combines industrial history with open lawns, Lake Union views, picnic areas, and one of Seattleβs best viewpoints toward downtown and the Space Needle.
This is an easy sightseeing stop rather than a hike. Visitors can follow paved and grassy paths around the park, walk to the top of Kite Hill, and relax near the waterfront.
